I establish first with the institution what the purpose of the trip is: whether it is planned around a specific event at the destination or perhaps an event or exhibition which the institution is staging themselves. If necessary, I can also advise on what destinations would be suitable for the institution, in line with their collections or exhibition programme.

Following the initial consultation, I put together a draft itinerary and work closely with the institution to ensure that their needs are fully met and that the itinerary includes all the aspects which are important to their donors, including suitable accommodation, restaurants and visits.

I put together a tour package price along with a carefully designed marketing brochure which fits with the client’s own branding, ensuring everything has been considered in detail before the trip goes on sale to the donors.

I offer a personalised service to the donors who wish to book on the trip so that all their needs are met, including room upgrades, any additional nights required, additional excursions and dietary requirements.

I liaise regularly with the institution as the trip is planned, adjusting the itinerary as necessary to guarantee a trip which is perfect for their supporters. I offer a full tour management service and consider every small detail during the trip as crucial to its success.

My main aim is to guarantee that the museum or institution shines and that their donors are left eager to join another trip with them in the future.
